1304 can strongly reduce surface tension. It has high temperature resistance which make it no thermal decomposition within 250°C. It does not affect recoating, and, it can provide certain hand feel and has matte powder orientation ability. It can prevent shrinkage caused by unclean base material, exterior pollution or insoluble substance (like defoamer or silicone oil). Besides, it can promote surface flatness, prevent floating color and improve smoothness, etc.
