It is easy access to difficult to wet substrate surfaces, so, it is an excellent alternative to fluorocarbon surfactants and silicone surfactants, and, it will not cause those problems like foams, interlayer adhesion or recoating, and without environmental problems associated with fluorinated chemicals. It can provide excellent wetting, leveling and low foaming characteristics on improperly treated metal surfaces with only a small addition amount (0.2%-1%). In the water-based acrylic spraying wood paint, this agent can provide better fluidity and gloss than fluorine and silicon surfactants. Especially in water-based acrylic wood paint, it can greatly improve the problem of water seepage, blanching and foaming, which shows its excellent water resistance property.
